My son is 6 months old now.  Luckily he started sleeping though the night at about 3 months, but before that it was exactly as you decribed.  I would eat a quick lunch at work and take a nap in the car for the remainder of my lunch hour.  

Basically every chance I got to shut my eyes, I would.

On the weekend I always tried to catch up on my sleep by sleeping when he slept.  I needed to get the good rest during the weekend to make it through the week.

Other than that just keep yourself healthy.  I had a tendency to skip meals in favor of sleep.  This did nothing but make me more exhausted.</description>
